It is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the website of the program of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at the Libyan International University. The establishment and continued success of this Faculty represent a significant contribution to medical education and professional practice in dentistry. These achievements reflect our vision of becoming an advanced and accredited center of excellence at both the national and international levels. To date, 13 cohorts have graduated from our Faculty. Their performance in public and private healthcare sectors, their acceptance into postgraduate programs abroad, their active participation in scientific conferences locally and internationally, and their meaningful involvement in community service all attest to their competence, skill, and commitment to the University’s ethical and professional values. We are equally proud of the strong relationship and mutual trust that has developed over the years between the program and its graduates. This bond is the result of a supportive academic environment, enriched by modern curricula that meet contemporary needs, innovative teaching methods that place the student at the center of the learning process, and a continuous encouragement of creativity, critical thinking, and evidence-based lifelong learning. the program has reached full enrollment capacity, selecting outstanding applicants based on clear standards of competence, aptitude, and success in the required entrance examinations. This careful selection has been reflected in our students’ remarkable academic performance in recent years. Although we are proud of what we have achieved, our ambitions and challenges remain significant. In alignment with the strategic plans of the University and the Faculty, the coming phase will focus on the confident expansion of our postgraduate programs and the further enhancement of scientific research. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the dedication of the exceptional team that has supported the program since its establishment, nor without the continuous and invaluable support of the University leadership and administrative staff.
