In line with his ongoing follow-ups, on the morning of Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the University Medical Center, the Vice President for Health and Educational Facilities, Professor Reda Al-Aoukli, met with a team of administrators and quality officials from both the Dental Center and the University Medical Center.
During the meeting, the team from the Dental Center presented the latest developments related to the center. Al-Aoukli expressed his full support and admiration for the efforts made to develop the center and ensure the quality of services provided to patients.
The meeting also addressed joint work plans between the two centers and discussed available experiences in the healthcare field. Emphasis was placed on the importance of enhancing communication and coordination among different teams to achieve higher levels of service quality, with the primary goal of providing excellent healthcare to patients.
In this context, challenges related to the current system for patients visiting the center were discussed, including issues such as waiting times and coordination between departments.
