On Thursday November 18^th 2021, the Faculty of Dentistry held its Second scientific day. The events started at 09:30 a.m until 01:31 p.m. on the university’s Maine hall.

The program was as follows:

-Prof. El Sanousi M Taher, faculty dean, gave an opening speech.

-Dr. Rafik Al Kowafi, a faculty staff member, gave a scientific presentation entitled: Dental education in LIMU during COVID-19

-Dr. Ibrahim Aljaroshi, a faculty staff member, gave a scientific presentation entitled: Evaluation of the effect of the lateralization inferior alveolar nerve isolation and bone grafting on the nerve function and implant stability. (randomized clinical trial).

– The scientific committee members were Dr. Ali Busnaina, Dr. Rabia El Huni and Dr. Nada Benali. The chair of the committee was Dr. Ali Busnaina.

– There were seven oral presentations and one poster presented by fourth and fifth year students and interns.
